Mechanical product
development engineer
As a mechanical product development engineer, I focus on optimizing product design and manufacturing through a range of specialized skills. Drawing on both technical knowledge and hands-on experience, I work across multiple disciplines to create efficient and effective solutions. Here are some of the areas I specialize in:
Whether you're in need of design, development, or process improvement, I provide integrated solutions that bring your ideas to reality, backed by a commitment to quality and innovation.
I’m dedicated to turning innovative ideas into practical, high-quality solutions. With hands-on experience across various stages of product development—from design and prototyping to manufacturing and compliance—I bring a detail-oriented and collaborative approach to every project. Below, you’ll find a selection of my work that showcases my skills in 3D modeling, systems integration, process design, and more. Each project reflects my commitment to precision, efficiency, and delivering results that meet both functional and aesthetic requirements.
Led the mechanical and development of a packaged geothermal heat pump from concept through production. Work included sheet metal, injection molded plastic, bent copper tubing. Worked with a cross-functional team including multiple levels of contract manufacturers.
Designed verious parts for public transit vehicles and wayside infrastucture. This includes bus and rail, internal and external parts. Designed custom mounting solutions for networking equipment, CCTV cameras, LIDAR, radio frequency antennas, and power distribution systems.
Designed and sustained solar inverter equipment manufacturing from new product introduction to legacy support for customers. Designed for and received UL certification marks for Solar inverters and string combiners including UL 1741 and NEMA4X rating for watertightness.
Designed, built, and tested vehicle based thermal imaging system for driveby thermal surveying. Mounted 8 cameras, 2 LIDARs, GPS system, and various other sensors to develop a robotic system to survey buildings for heat loss continuously.
